Exclusive Underwriting Managers LLC (EUM) is a National Program Administrator and Managing General Underwriter that focuses upon developing niche retail books of business into profitable Programs.
We have seen over the past decade a “need” in the marketplace for an agile Program Administrator that can develop and then manage niche retail agent books of business that are ripe to be converted into a profitable program. In order to fill this void, EUM is focusing on opportunities from retail agents that have a desire to transform their highly specialized and homogenous book of business to a Program. These retail agents are provided “equity” within EUM specific to their Program only. EUM sets up separate “cells” for each opportunity, which will allow each Program to have a specific equity structure. This structure will help incentivize profitable underwriting along with maintaining a long-term relationship.
EUM is a privately held company with three primary founders that bring over 75 years of experience within the Program Business space.
