Profitable underwriting is the key to success for any Program. Our underwriters on average have 20 years’ experience and are subject matter experts in the target class for the specific Program.
A large portion of EUM’s underwriter’s compensation is directly tied to the profitability of the Program, thus aligning interests with our carrier and reinsurance partners’ goals.
Our retail agent partners play an important role as well being the gatekeepers for accounts submitted for placement in the program and selecting only those most desirable. They too are incentivized to only submit the best-in-class accounts based upon their ownership in their Program cell.
